WorkshopsWorkshops

Workshops are instructor-led sessions during which participants may ask questions and get assistance with actual work. During the sessions, the instructors may also focus on common issues or new functionality. Completion of the Learning Path for the responsibility and access to the system is required prior to attending a workshop. You may find these workshops by entering “Workshop” in the search field when searching for a course.

Jun 11, 2014 Guest: Dorothy Moyer will provide information on Labor Distribution adjustments, go over the month-end deadline and tips on reducing the number of Labor Distribution Adjustments from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Jul 9, 2014 Guest: Sharon Brooks from OSP will discuss scheduling grant accounts when the effective date does not fall on the first day of a pay period. She will review the guidelines for Labor Distribution Adjustments on grant accounts from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Aug 13, 2014 Guest: Debbie Deane will discuss maintaining assignments that have the value ‘inactive payroll’ in the payroll field.
