1095-C Forms Coming Soon

Your 1095-C, a tax document that provides information about health insurance coverage, should arrive in March by mail to your address on file. HSA Tax Forms

Employees with Health Savings Accounts in 2017 will need to include an IRS Form 1099-SA when filing taxes. To download this form, log in to your HSA Advantage account. For non-Chard Snyder Health Savings Accounts, contact your financial institution. More»

UVA HR Receives Award

UVA Human Resources received the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA) 2018 Southern Region HR Excellence Award in recognition of its transformative HR work in higher education, specifically for the Ufirst project. The Ufirst HR Transformation Project aims to redesign the HR experience at UVA by improving processes and procedures, organizational structure, service, and technology. Learn more here.

As a result of this award, UVA HR can choose an institutional endowment or scholarship fund to receive $1,000, and we will be considered for the national HR Excellence Award. More»

2017 W-2s

As of Tuesday, January 16, 2018, W-2s are available via Employee Self-Service for those who have enrolled to receive the form online. For others, paper copies will be mailed on January 31, 2018. Those signed up to access their W-2s online may do so by clicking "Self Service" above or here to access the Integrated System by clicking the "Employee/Manager Self-Service" button. Tax Changes Reflected in Paychecks

A tax reform bill (Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) was signed into law on December 22, 2017. New tax withholding tables have been released by the IRS and uploaded into our system. You will see the tax changes reflected beginning with your January 26, 2018 paycheck if paid bi-weekly, and February 1, 2018 if paid monthly.
