We encourage you to explore the services available to you through our partnership with Lexicon Relocation. At no charge to you, a Lexicon professional relocation counselor will help with your relocation plan, coordinate services and answer any questions you have. It is important that you contact Lexicon prior to placing your home on the market so you can take advantage of their cash-back rebate program! Lexicon can help you with:

• Getting your current home ready to sell
  

• Finding a new home
  

• Shiping your household goods (A fully executed Moving Agreement is required if you wish to use Lexicon to coordinate the move of your household goods.)
  

• Finding a new home mortgage

A cash-back rebate (0.25% of the sale or purchase price) will be given to all persons using Lexicon’s services to sell or purchase a home.

If you wish to take advantage of this great opportunity, complete the Relocation Request Form, and send it as an e-mail attachment to initiations@lexiconrelocation.com. (Do not commit to a real estate agent prior to your initial conversation with a Lexicon counselor.) Once they have received your form, a Lexicon professional relocation counselor will contact you to coordinate the services you requested.
