Customer Service/Cashier Temp
Applicants must have recent work experience in retail with a strong focus on customer services.
Positions support distinguished faculty across the University. Applicants must have strong working knowledge of administrative procedures, the ability to analyze and present information, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication. Applicants should be proficient in computer applications, with working knowledge of software application such as word processor software, presentation software, and spreadsheet software.
This is a multifaceted administrative position with primary responsibility for managing the front desk and general office operation within the department. Additionally, this associate would be responsible for managing and maintaining the department website, career portal, internal document server and reception library; supporting placement tracking and data management activities using Salesforce; and providing administrative support to Directors and Deans as needed.
Applicant must be comfortable working in an animal research facility and animal handling.
Applicant must have an accounting degree, with proven work experience in review/approval of capital purchase requisitions-capitalization criteria, proper coding, requisition layout for distributing costs easily, prepare cost transfers, journal entries, year-end reports, and assisting in annual inventory processes.

- IT Support Tech
Applicants must have working knowledge and understanding of both Mac and PC systems. Previous working experience in IT Support and Helpdesk roles with the ability to provide A/V support preferred.
Applicants must have exceptional customer service both for in-person and telephone activities, scheduling and coordinating appointments with the correct provider using all appropriate information. Applicants must be able to demonstrate expected behaviors applicable to the Health System, scheduling and registration system, and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Healthcare Administrative Associate
Position will provide support to a clinical or research office, working in collaboration with others in a team environment regarding patient care. Applicants must be able to promptly address specific concerns related to patient phone calls received and forward to the appropriate health care professional. Applicants must have experience working with patients, scheduling, and travel arrangements in a medical setting.
Familiarity with medical scheduling and terminology and at least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping and janitorial duties such as: removing trash, wiping down surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, etc. All shifts available.
Applicants must have a working knowledge with the basic duties associated with grounds maintenance. Working skills in the operations and uses of various manual and power tools and equipment routinely used in grounds maintenance. Applicants must have the ability to follow instructions while working in a team and lift heavy objects as required.
Project Services-Specialty Trades
Applicant must hold a current certification for Asbestos. Previous work experience removing and encapsulation asbestos and lead containing materials from piping and other surfaces in accordance with NIOSH/OSHA standards.
Skilled in minor repairs, such as painting walls, plumbing, layering cement block/brick and woodwork. Must have the ability to read blueprints.
Journeyman level license and experience required. The applicant must have 4 years’ experience in the electrical field, a valid driver’s license and a positive driving record.
