ImageNow Roles and Training
Training for the ImageNow (IN) is based on your assigned responsibilities in IN. Responsibilities in IN are predefined sets of data, menus, and forms that define your authority and what information you have access to while using the system. Training is provided to ensure that you can enter, manipulate, and/or retrieve information from the system, as appropriate, in order to effectively fulfill your job responsibilities.
Administrative users of the IN are required to complete an online Fundamentals prerequisite course, as well as instructor-led functional training that corresponds to assigned user roles. Administrative users with viewer-only SIS roles are not required to complete training but can complete all recommended training via online courses.
