Software-focused classes
This course is designed for department-designated Lead@UVa users who will be responsible for providing support to supervisors and employees as they interact with the online tool throughout the performance cycle.

Lead@UVa: Working with the Lead@UVa System
An up to 3 hour session that provides an opportunity for all users to discuss topics relating to performance management. Participants will review resources accessible from the Lead@UVa performance management website, explore their own Lead@UVa site, and access computer-based simulations of performance management-related tasks.
