Personal Enrichment

The University is committed not only to the professional development of its employees but also to their personal enrichment. As a result, we are pleased to be able to provide a variety of classes that focus on the individual’s development, free of charge, to the larger University community. We encourage each employee to take advantage of these opportunities when their time and interests allow.

Class topics change three times per year – spring, summer, and fall. Certain classes are popular and therefore are more likely to be offered each semester.
An up-to-date schedule can be found in the Personal Enrichment Schedule. Check out the full course listing in the Personal Enrichment section linked on the Spring 2013 Courses page.

A sampling of Personal Enrichment classes includes:

  • Stress Management
  • Learning to Cope with Public Speaking Jitters
  • Active Listening: How to Hear What's Important
