University Staff Open Election

To all Staff and A&P Faculty:

Starting today, it is even easier to become University Staff. From now on, you can elect to switch at any time through Benefits@UVa. The University Staff HR Plan features:

• merit-based pay
• market-based salary ranges
• a focus on employee development
• more ways to earn increases and promotions
• a flexible leave plan
