Leadership Practices Group Learning Program, Spring Session

Program Description: Leadership Practices incorporates experiential learning through exercises that expand understanding and skill. This program explores skills important to leading from the middle, including ways to inspire and influence others to higher performance or to support your efforts; how to lead complicated decision-making; and how to lead change in higher education. You’ll interact with other participants during discussions and activities, learning from each other and building valuable relationships.
Audience: This intermediate level program is intended for experienced managers who have basic knowledge of the topic.
Day 1: Program Introduction and Self-Discovery Day 2: Discover Your Authentic Leader Day 3: Inspire and Motivate Others Day 4: Empower and Influence Others Day 5: Lead Complicated Decisions and Begin Your Development Plan Day 6: Present Your Leadership Capstone
