The tools listed below help both supervisors and employees succeed using Lead@UVa. The tools are organized by workflow step.

An initial and primary source of information is the Resource Guide to Performance Management which details the entire performance management process.

Performance Planning

Set performance goals, identify competencies to develop, and complete the career development plan

Interim Evaluation - a part of on-going coaching and feedback

Employee complete interim self-evaluation and sends forward to the supervisor for review and comment

Annual Performance Evaluation

Evaluate performance goals, competency proficiency, and review the career development plan
